Mark A. Schwab, Esq.
Mark Schwab arrived at the Law Firm of Zeccola and Selinger in 2007 and has since been a great addition to Zeccola and Selinger, LLC. Mr. Schwab has conducted hundreds of depositions, successfully defeated numerous motions for summary judgment, been involved in complex litigation involving injured police and firemen, and has conducted several trials which have all settled prior to a verdict.
Mr. Schwab has successfully negotiated numerous mediations, most recently settling a matter prior to trial in the amount $850,000 in May, 2009. Mark is highly experienced in bankruptcy litigation and Multi District Litigation (MDL). Mark is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
